Frequently Asked Questions
🧙♂️ Frequently Asked (and Occasionally Weird) Questions
Q: Are the characters in your books based on real people?
A: Only if you count dragons, spies, and morally ambiguous sorcerers as “real people.” Any resemblance is purely coincidental… probably. 👀
Q: Where do you get your ideas?
A: Mostly from overheard conversations, dreams, and suspicious-looking clouds. Also, coffee. Lots of coffee. ☕💡Inspiration strikes when you least expect it — usually when I’m nowhere near a notebook. 🪄🕵️♂️
Q: How long does it take you to write a book?
A: Somewhere between one inspired weekend and several eternities. It really depends on how cooperative my brain decides to be.
Q: Can you read my manuscript?
A: I’d love to, but my TBR pile is currently taller than I am. 📚😅
Q: What do you do when you get writer’s block?
A: Of course. When that happens, I consult the Oracle (aka take a walk, binge a series, or talk to my characters until they behave). Sometimes they listen. Sometimes… they stage a rebellion.
Q: Will your book be made into a movie or T.V Series?
A: I’m ready when Hollywood is. If Netflix, HBO, or a rogue wizard’s production company is reading this: call me. I already have casting suggestions and a dramatic trailer voice ready. 🎬✨
Q: What’s your writing routine like?
A: Equal parts structured plotting and chaotic midnight scribbling. Imagine a spy briefing meets a magic ritual — with snacks. That’s… pretty much it.
Q: Do you have a favourite character?
A: That’s like asking a parent to pick their favourite child. I love them all equally… except maybe the villain. We have an understanding. 😈
Q: Can I be a character in your next book?
A: Sure… but be warned. In thrillers, people rarely get happy endings. And in fantasy, you might end up a talking sword
